You can report your issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags and labels.
To return the product send us an email at contact@snackmoment.in with your order ID.
Once we receive your Order ID, please pack the item carefully in its original packaging and ship it to the address shared by our team.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
